Fifty-three-year-old Rory Gregory loaded a new Arctic Cat ATV onto a trailer from Strope’s Motorsports on August 16 when a Mountain Home Police Officer attempted to pull his truck over to the side of the road. Gregory swerved near the patrol car, throwing the ATV from the trailer, eventually sideswiping the passenger’s side of the officer’s vehicle. Gregory resisted arrest and had to be forcefully restrained after the accident. The other theft case involved a horse trailer in Boone County.

14th Judicial District Prosecutor Ron Kincade says Gregory will be transported to the intake unit of the state prison system in Malvern.
