MARION COUNTY – A four-month long joint investigation between the Flippin Police Department and Marion County Sheriff’s Office leads to the arrest of a Yellville man.
Forty-one-year-old Timothy Hogg was arrested earlier this week after undercover investigators purchased methamphetamine and Hydrocodone from him, according to Flippin Police Chief Dusty Smith.
He is being charged with two counts of delivery of methamphetamine, two counts of delivery of a schedule II narcotic Hydrocodone, and unlawful use of a communication device.
Hogg was booked in the Marion County Jail and later released after posting a 5-thousand dollar bond. Chief Smith says the suspect was found with an additional amount of prescription pills during his arrest and anticipates more charges to be filed.
