The Newton County, Arkansas Sheriff’s Office has 7 new reserve officers as Sheriff Keith Slape announces the completion of its Auxiliary Officers training program.

The course includes training on DWI enforcement, defensive tactics, criminal law, ethics, weapons retention and more. Each of the participants received 120 hours of training.
