OZARK, Mo. – An Ozark man, with outstanding warrants from the Branson Police Department, is behind bars following his arrest yesterday.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 21-year-old Brian Canizalez who was wanted on numerous misdemeanor warrants from the Branson Police Department.
Those warrants include driving with a suspended license, failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to wear a seatbelt, and failure to stop at a stop sign. He is additionally charged with failure to appear in court for a speeding violation and failure to wear a seat belt. Online court records show Canizalez pled guilty to two separate speeding violations in 2011 and 2014.
He is being held in the Christian County Jail on 21-hundred dollars bond.
