BRANSON, Mo. ā A man living in Branson is arrested early Sunday morning and faces numerous charges.
Thirty-Seven-Year-Old Elvin Aguirre is arrested by state troopers and taken to the Taney County Jail. According to the arrest report, Aguirre was arrested on a felony warrant from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement. He is additionally charged with a DUI as a chronic offender, a misdemeanor driving with a revoked license, failure to stop at a red light, failure to wear a seat belt, and operating a motor vehicle owned by another knowing owner and not maintaining financial responsibility. He remains in the Taney County Jail on 10-thousand dollars bond.
