State Revenues Up for Missouri

The Missouri Budget Director says fiscal year-to-date net general revenue collections have increased by 4-point-3 percent compared to last year – from 1-point-15 billion to 1-point-2 billion dollars. A news release issued Wednesday says general revenue collections for August increased by 2-point-7 percent compared to August of 2013, from 667 million to 685 million dollars.

Shepherd of the Hills Road Work

BRANSON, Mo.- There will be lane closures on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway today and tomorrow (Thursday and Friday). The Branson Public Works Department will be installing electrical conduit near the Shoji Tabuchi Theatre causing lane closures. The city encourage motorists to use caution while driving in the area.
