PSC Sets Intervention Deadline in Water Case

thumb_d22d5b71a36c6c5The Tranquility Group, LLC has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity which would allow it to own, operate and maintain a water system in Taney County at the existing development known as Branson Cedars Resort.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed with the PSC no later than September 12th. Contact the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission at P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102 or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov .

The Office of the Public Counsel is a separate state agency that represents the general public in matters before the Commission.
