Twenty-six-year-old Christina Scroggin of Mountain Home allegedly shot and killed 24-year-old Raul Turrieta, after officials found his body in the trunk of Scroggin’s car.

The suspect’s attorney sought a mental evaluation for his client, but according to KTLO, the attorney will not contest the mental evaluation.

The trial now moves from Baxter County to Marion County as investigators say that’s where the murder took place.
