SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – A fire truck crashes on Route WW yesterday afternoon about nine miles north of Springfield.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol’s accident report, 42-year-old Jeffery Larsen of Ozark was driving a 2006 International Fire Truck eastbound when the truck ran off the road and overturned.
Larsen, along with 22-year-old Amanda Davis of Rogersville and 39-year-old Chad Shell of Willard, were all taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for moderate injuries.
A spokesperson for the Ebenezer Fire Protection District said they did have a wreck yesterday but would not confirm the names listed with the accident report. Davis and Shell are both listed as firefighters on the fire district’s website.
