According to Sheriff Roger Vickers, deputies responded to the White Oak gas station shortly after 1 a.m., with the cashier claiming a male subject had stolen cash and cigarettes while pointing a gun at him.
When officers later found a vehicle that matched the cashier’s description it sped off, but officers were eventually able to pull over the vehicle. Officers determined the subjects in the vehicle were the suspects from the robbery and took them into custody. Officers also located most of the money and stolen property inside the vehicle.
The suspects are identified as 19-year-old Teal Hampton of Harrison, 19-year-old David Wilson of Harrison, and 21-year-old Houston Dunsing of Alpena. All three are charged with Aggravated Armed Robbery and Theft of Property. They are all being held in the Marion County Jail with bond set at 100-thousand dollars each.
