Boone Co. Quorum Court Approves Ordinances

The court moves to transfer 14-thousand 238 dollars into the County General Fund, which represents the total amount of elections reimbursement from the State of Arkansas. The ordinance amends the 2014 fiscal budget affecting full-time salaries.

Ordinance number 2014-30 moves 1-thousand 20 dollars from the budget for Cops in School program personnel services to the line item for supplies and clothing. It is a transfer of funds only, with no new funds appropriated.

The ordinance also moves 230 dollars from the Public Defender budget for services and charges to the line item for personnel services and Social Security matching.
