The Army Corps of Engineers plans to conduct boundary line maintenance along a 30-mile section of Norfork Lake – from Howard Cove Recreation Area in Baxter County to the Udall Park Area in Ozark County.
The work includes locating survey monuments, clearing brush along the boundary lines, replacing and painting boundary line posts, and painting trees in between the survey monuments to serve as reference points.
The maintenance crews will document possible encroachments on public property. All workers and vehicles will have Corps identification.
