The question of Branson West entering into a franchise agreement with Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc. is approved by a vote of 46 yes over 25 no.

Under the Amendments section, the results directed to Branson West about the Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc. would have an agreement for 20 years to authorise Summit Natural Gas of Missouri Inc. to use public right-of-way and easements to construct, install, and operate a system to distribute natural gas. This process would be according to Tariffs approved by the Missouri Public Service Commision, in exchange for a franchise of five percent of the annual gross revenues from natural gas sales within the City of Branson West, payable in quarterly installments in arrears over the 20-year term.
