
FORSYTH, Mo. – A 53-year-old man is behind bars after state troopers pulled him over last night for careless and imprudent driving, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.
According to the arrest report, Robert Hawkins is charged with a misdemeanor DWI and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. The report also shows two Taney County misdemeanor warrants for possession of Marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphilia. Court records state Hawkins was charged for both misdemeanors in March with warrants issued today.
The arrest report states Hawkins is from Kirbyville but court documents display an address from Elizabethon, Tennessee.
He is being held in the Taney County Jail on 25-hundred dollars bond.
