Branson to Host Bowhunter Safety Course

Branson Fire & Rescue is partnering with the Missouri Department of Conservation to provide Bowhunter Safety Certification for those interested in bowhunting for deer inside the city limits of Branson.

The bowhunter education course is scheduled for Saturday, August 16th beginning at 8 a.m. at the city’s Joint Emergency Training Center, located at the former Factory Merchant’s Mall.

Hunters interested in taking this safety program can register at www.mdc.mo.gov under the “Hunting/Trapping” toolbar.

Branson Fire & Rescue is also hosting general Hunter Education courses September 13th and October 4th, also at the Joint Emergency Training Center.
