Branson Man Arrested on Multiple Warrants

FORSYTH, Mo. – A Branson man is behind bars following his arrest on Wednesday night by the Missouri Highway Patrol.

According to the arrest report, 22-year-old Donovan Tarter was arrested around 8:15 p.m. on three failure to appear warrants involving Domestic Assault, Distributing a Controlled Substance, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Tarter also had various misdemeanor traffic warrants, such as failure to register a motor vehicle, from the Branson Police Department, according to the report. In addition, the report says Tarter had a warrant for misdemeanor Theft of Property from the Springfield Police Department.

He is also charged with felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, according to the arrest report. He is being held in the Taney County Jail without bond.
