Branson, Mo.- Branson Firefighters responded to an RV fire, in Musicland Campground, around 8 a.m. today.
Fire officials were able to put out the fire within fifteen minutes. The occupants were able to escape without injuries, however the RV is a total loss.
Branson Fire Chief, Ted Martin, explains the key to the occupants escape.
Martin says those in the campground came together and were able to provide clothes and necessities. Firefighters stayed with them for three hours, helping them recover medications and valuables.
The campground has helped the pair from New Jersey with lodging and travelling arrangements.
