BRANSON, Mo. – A new airline is taking off from the Branson Airport this week, replacing Southwest Airlines who officially left the airport on Saturday.
Executive Director for the airport, Jeff Bourk, says even though Southwest is no longer at the airport, its numbers in the Branson market are still very strong:

Buzz Airways will board passengers in Branson for the first time on Thursday and will fly six days a week to Chicago and Houston.
Southwest Airlines also pulled out of airports in Key West, Fla. and Jackson, Miss.
