5K Color Run for Relay for Life

thumb_c46785cdb7a16e9YELLVILLE, Ark.– Fight back against cancer at the “Color Me for a Cure” 5k kickoff for the Relay for Life of Marion County this month.

The American Cancer Society is hosting a “Color” run and there will be stations around the track where runners will be showered with color.

Specialist for Relay for Life, Whitney Rodgers talks about the cause behind the cancer foundation and what the proceeds benefit:


All ages are welcome with the entry fees are 20-dollars for preregistration and 25-dollars to register the day of. The race begins and ends at theYellville City Park, with route continuing through Yellville. Check-in at the Registration Tent at the park at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 14.  In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed.
