ROGERS, Ark.– Two kayak workshops are set to be held at Hobbs State Park– Conservation Area.
Participants will have the chance to learn all aspects of paddling while exploring an area of Beaver Lake. Recreational kayaks, paddles, and lifejackets will be provided.
Space is limited and open to 16 years or older. Bring a sack lunch, sunscreen, and dress for the weather.
The workshop is Sunday, June 15 or Sunday June 22 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with cost at 50-dollars per person. Registration and pre-payment is required. For more information, call 479-789-5000.
