Area Hall of Fames Add Members this Weekend

Two area schools are holding Hall of Fame Ceremonies this weekend in conjunction with their basketball contests:

Reeds Spring
Tonight, the Wolves host Cassville and will honor five new inductees, including the 1997 Wolves Football team an its coach Jason Dial. In addition, former student/athletes Greg Bittle, Ryan Brown, and Hunter Toombs. The ceremonies will take place between the JV and Varsity Games this evening.

College of the Ozarks
Three retired Athletic Staff Members as well as a former All-American Basketball Player are in the Class of 2014 for the C of O Hall of Fame. Longtime Women’s Basketball Coach George Wilson and former Dean and Women’s Volleyball Coach Marilyn Graves will be inducted along with former Sports Information Director Candy Sullenger. Also inducted this year will be former All-American Women’s Basketball Player Janessa Demuth. A luncheon will take place tomorrow prior to the C of O Basketball games against York College. The Hall of Fame inductees will also be honored during the basketball games.
